Actual Food Nashville is owned and operated by the guy formerly known for critically acclaimed and soon to return #ACTUALBRUNCH chef Dan Forberg, a New England transplant, who has embraced his agricultural background and many years as a self-taught chef to bring exciting, actual food, to the catering market in Nashville.

Dan enjoys playing jazz & funk keyboard and doing bikram yoga. He is committed to creating meaningful relationships with his clients & vendor partners to provide an amazing event planning experience!
